Our Commitment

HEISCO-KSA is committed to the highest standards of integrity, transparency and ethical conduct. This channel allows employees, contractors, suppliers, clients and any other stakeholder to report, in good faith, suspected misconduct — including fraud, bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, health & safety violations, environmental breaches, harassment or discrimination, and any breach of law or of the HEISCO Code of Conduct.

Confidentiality: your identity and the content of your report are handled strictly confidentially and disclosed only to those responsible for follow-up.
Anonymity: you may submit this report anonymously. Providing contact details helps us investigate more effectively and is entirely voluntary.
Non-retaliation: retaliation, victimisation or disciplinary action against any person who reports a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited.
Acknowledgement & feedback: reports are acknowledged within 7 days and feedback is provided within 3 months, where contact details are supplied.
Good faith: knowingly false or malicious reports may lead to disciplinary or legal action.
